By the Decision No. 365 of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated September 30, 2020, the “Rules for cash accounting and cash transactions with taxpayers” were approved.
This Rule does not apply to the Central Bank of the Republic of Azerbaijan, organizations financed from the state budget and credit organizations.
This rule was developed in order to ensure the implementation of sub-item 1.1.11 of the Decree of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan No. 414 dated December 20, 2018 and includes withdrawal of cash from bank accounts, receipt from other persons, cash receipt and use, cash receipt and regulates the rules of preparation of documents on expenditure, preparation of cash book and storage of funds.
